Woodland Scenics #1203 Plaster Cloth is the fast, mess-free way to build a strong, lightweight terrain shell for any model railroad scene. Each roll covers 10 square feet (8" wide x 15' long) of plaster-impregnated gauze — dip a strip in water, drape it over crumpled newspaper or screen, and you've got a hard scenery base ready for paint and ground cover within an hour.

FAQ
How do I use Plaster Cloth?
Crumple newspaper into your terrain shape (or use cardboard webbing or screen mesh). Cut Plaster Cloth into strips, dip each in water, then lay over your base and smooth out. The cloth hardens in 15–30 minutes and is paintable in about an hour.
How much area does one roll cover?
One roll covers approximately 10 square feet (0.9 square meters).
Can I paint it directly?
Yes — once dry, the cloth takes acrylic paint and weathering powders well.
Does it work with foam scenery bases?
Yes. Plaster Cloth bonds well to foam risers, foam inclines, and Woodland Scenics Sub-Terrain components.

Squeaky’s Trains & Things LLC was founded in December of 2019. It was started by our family that has been in love with everything, trains large and small, driven by creativity since we were born.
