The condition is 6/10 on both (very good) based on corner & edge & paper wear, and any other imperfections from its age like how it had been rolled and saved for over 20 years. It is an original and being a promo poster was one that was not sold in stores and acquired from radio or record distributors in those days. The rulers are there to show dimensions.
