Description:

Original UK 1971 first pressing of Nursery Cryme by Genesis released on Charisma with the highly desirable pink scroll labels.

Both the labels and gatefold sleeve carry the early B&C Records credits associated with the first pressing issue.

The vinyl remains visually exceptionally clean overall and is close to near mint condition with only a few very faint hairlines visible under bright light. Playback is outstanding throughout with superb strong audio ranging between Excellent and Excellent Plus during careful play testing.

Labels remain especially clean with hardly any spindle wear visible, strongly suggesting only very light historical use.

Matrices include additional “HILTOP” and “JB” etchings in the runout grooves.

The original thick textured EJ Day gatefold sleeve grades excellent overall with only very faint sun bleaching to the spine. All spine lettering remains fully clear and readable and overall presentation remains especially sharp.

Carefully cleaned and fully play tested prior to listing. Vinyl also checked carefully for warping/dishing. This copy remains very flat.
