A fine 19th century Chinese porcelain reticulated chestnut basket with matching underplate, decorated in famille rose enamels with floral sprays, figures and scrolling foliage.
The pierced basket sides are highlighted in alternating coloured enamels, the matching stand similarly decorated. Presented in a fitted black lacquered presentation box.
A delicate and decorative Qing dynasty export porcelain service piece.
Condition
Overall good antique condition with age-related wear. Two small chips noted to the pierced sections/rim. No major cracks or restoration observed.
