SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders within 72 Hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. We use USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on package size, location, and cost. Many deliveries are scanned before they arrive. If the tracking details show your package was delivered, and you cannot locate it please wait 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays) for the package to arrive.

Please make sure the address is correct on checkout, once it is shipped its out of our hands

RETURN POLICY

Note that we offer free, no questions asked returns unless the item is listed as "AS IS" or for "PARTS ONLY" for up to 30 days after the purchase. Also if the product is sealed and the seal is broken we will take a deduction from the refund. We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of an item on the basis of the box condition. We may have multiples of a product and only photograph one, we do our best to photograph the item in the worst condition but please expect a varying degree of damage to the box. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO boxes. Manufacturer warranties are not honored by items purchased through third parties such as eBay.
