A vibrant color lithograph postcard, art by E. E. Posselt, stamped and postmarked.  It shows the historic mountain hotel and lookout tower nestled atop the peak, framed by autumnal forest foliage.  The Jeschken is the highest peak of the Ještěd-Kozákov Ridge. This card captures the old stone mountain hotel that stood there before it was destroyed by fire in the 1960s (later replaced by the famous modern hyperboloid structure).
