Common Problems

Failed LEDs: This presents as missing sections of the digital display or buttons not illuminating correctly.

888 Error: This fault typically indicates a communication failure between the control panel and the logic controller (main PCB). In most cases, it is caused by a tarnished or damaged connection, a failed control panel, or less commonly a fault within the logic controller itself. Basic checks such as power cycling the unit and inspecting or reseating connectors may resolve the issue, but if the error persists, the control panel is usually the primary component requiring replacement.

No Response: If the control panel unlocks but the buttons do not respond consistently or fail to register inputs, this is a strong indication of a defective control panel. Common causes include delamination of control surfaces, moisture ingress or fail circuit board. While checking the connector can be worthwhile, this condition almost always necessitates replacement of the control panel assembly.

Moisture Ingress: Units that have been improperly stored or exposed to prolonged damp conditions may suffer from moisture ingress into the control panel. This can lead to corrosion, short circuits, and ultimately catastrophic failure of the electronics. Signs may include erratic behaviour, unresponsive controls, visible condensation or residue within the display area. In such cases, replacement is typically required.

This part is only compatible with newer style AirJet pumps (Green Ticked) manufactured between 2020 and 2025 that feature a ‘reset’ button on the side of the casing. Specifically model numbers:

WORLDWIDE - Orders are despatched via Royal Mail International Tracked. The cost of this is based on weight and calculated at checkout. Delivery time varies upon destination and customs clearance, but is usually between 5 - 14 working days from despatch. Please be aware that all applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.

TRACKING - Tracking information is uploaded to your eBay order once despatched.
