Vintage Set of 5 Sungott Art Studios Genuine Limoges China Framed Miniature Wall Plaques – Now a Complete Coordinating Collection!
Beautiful mid-century coordinating collection of five hand-painted porcelain plaques by Sungott Art Studios, New York! These charming 1950s decorative pieces feature genuine Limoges china cabochons (made in France) with colorful, hand-enameled Rococo-style scenes of 18th-century figures in romantic garden, courting, and domestic settings.
The Full Set Includes:
Two matching small square frames – nearly identical size and design with sweet pastoral/courting scenes
One larger ornate rectangular frame – elaborately carved with floral details, housing a vibrant multi-figure garden scene
Two round plaques (new additions) – one with a lovely outdoor waterfall/garden scene featuring a woman in a pink dress and child; the other with a charming interior/group scene (musicians or family gathering) mounted on a wire-grid backing
Each plaque is mounted on rich black velvet (or matching backing) with gold inner rims, set inside beautiful gilded wooden frames with decorative molding. All five retain original hanging rings and authentic paper labels:
