Step-by-Step Installation Guide
Allow engine and exhaust system to cool completely for at least 90 minutes before disassembly to avoid severe thermal burns.
Raise minivan safely with jack stands, disconnect worn exhaust rubber hangers and loosen all factory pipe connection clamps.
Remove the complete original rusted exhaust assembly from underneath the chassis.
Fit new sealing rings at each pipe joint position, mount the new exhaust assembly and hang onto stock rubber exhaust isolators.
Fasten all clamps and bolts evenly to eliminate gaps and prevent exhaust leaks.
Start engine and complete a test drive. Inspect all pipe joints and weld seams for exhaust leaks, rattling or abnormal loud noise.
Professional mechanic installation is recommended if you have no exhaust replacement experience.
Important Purchase & Usage Reminders
Minor golden heat discoloration on Stainless steel pipes after long highway driving is normal thermal oxidation, not a manufacturing defect.
Critical Note: This kit CANNOT fit CE trim and SE trim, and does not work for AWD Sienna. Please double-check your trim level and drive type before placing order to avoid fitment issues and return fees.
Any unauthorized modification to the exhaust assembly will void fitment warranty and may cause inspection failure.
Avoid prolonged deep water submersion to slow down internal corrosion.
