An exceptionally rare Gucci sample piece from Frida Giannini’s Spring/Summer 2007 collection; a beautiful example of her early Gucci work, when western references, sharp tailoring, and luxurious fabrication defined the house.

This piece sits somewhere between a shirt, overshirt, and lightweight jacket. Crafted in rich tobacco-brown leather with contrasting cotton body and sleeves, it features western-inspired chest pockets, epaulettes, branded Gucci snap buttons, side snap detailing, and a beautifully tailored silhouette. The leather has softened naturally over time, developing the kind of character only archive pieces have.

A genuine collector’s piece; not something you’re likely to see again.

Condition:
Never worn. This was an original Gucci sample and has been carefully stored since purchase. Overall presents beautifully. There is one small mark on the left shoulder (pictured). It may well lift with specialist cleaning or gentle treatment, though I’ve intentionally left it untouched.

Size:
Marked IT46. Best suited to an XS or slim S, depending on desired fit. Please refer to measurements for accuracy.
