7.5" tall soapstone carving of a native person carrying a basket.  Item has primitive look to it with some raw stone showing.  I believe this is part of its charm, not damage, but some of the piece is not polished and remains pitted as shown in pics.  Bottom is signed "Pootoogok". Statue weighs over 5lbs.
