Fantastic estate find!

Matted and framed art by Donald Chisholm.  This piece measures 31" wide by 25" tall with matting that is approximately 2 1/4" wide all around the 25.5" x 19" artwork.  This is a hand-colored print making it a one of a kind and depicts Key West's famous Sloppy Joe's Bar on Duval Street.  Donald Chisholm 1981 printed at bottom left side, printed signature at bottom right side, then hand-signed and personalized message toward middle reading, "For Chuck Mi-Yama- Stay off the street".  There is a second hand-signature as well (in artist's handwriting/pencil) reading, "Hand Colored Key West '82".  

Chisholm worked as an artist for major ad agencies including Playboy Magazine and later as an independent artist, hand-coloring his unique, beautiful Lithograph prints.  Because each is hand-colored, they are one of a kind and his fun style is a perfect match for Key West's crazy bar scene.  

I found this at the estate of a long time Keys collector.  The piece looks to be in good condition but it may be faded.  I did not personally see it in the '80s so I cannot say for sure.  The artist's signature looks faded to me.  Frame is gold-tone metal and has some scuffing.  The matting seems a bit "wavy" in that it is not perfectly flat to the piece but it does not seem damaged and the paper of both the matting and the artwork itself is free of age spotting or similar issues.  This piece is perfect for any collector, especially those who love the Florida Keys.
