Here is a truly psych-rock machine! And this guitar is interesting not because it was featured in the recording “In Utero”, but because it's a cool, lightweight and versatile guitar!
About specs: a maple neck, rosewood fretboard, 7.25 vintage radius, two single coils similar to P90 pickups (8.2/8.6 kOhm)
Body is very light and resonant. While there are different materials used for vintage Univox guitar bodies, I cannot say precisely which one was used, but I can tell you that this one is light and lively.
This is definitely a vintage player-grade guitar, not a museum example. At the photos i was hint on dents and scratches.
I have two jazzmaster guitars that I often play and both of them sound different, so this guitar gives you an outlet when you get tired of both jazzmasters.
Pickups are low output, but very high sensitivity to fuzz pedals.
