3. This heater is a water-cooled model, and the temperature of the warm air depends on the vehicle’s coolant temperature. If the coolant temperature is low, please first check for the cause of the issue (typically a faulty thermostat or a missing thermostat). Additionally, copper tubing conducts heat better than aluminum tubing. Furthermore, the more copper tubing the heater has and the larger the core, the better the heating performance will be.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Before installation, remove the seal cap from the copper tube end of the heater. If gas escapes, proceed with installation as normal.
2. Secure the heater in the desired location and install it in series with the engine’s coolant inlet hose. The heater’s hose connections are not marked as inlet or outlet; they can be connected in either direction.
3. Connect the red wire to the positive terminal. The wiring method is the same for both 12V and 24V systems.
4. The red line is connected with a power supply's positive pole and motor's positive pole.
The blue one is connected with the motor's negative pole.
The black line is connected with a power supply's negative pole.

Notice:
Please allow 1-2mm error due to manual measurement.
