- 1. In maintenance condition, to avoid any outside damage, all the out-parts must be put in the stable place.
- 2. In the running condition, don't turn on the safety system, must close the door to ensure the safety.
- 3. In the maintenance or checking, must power off the machine first to avoid the machine running accidently.
- 4. After the maintenance, don't miss any tools or parts inside of the machine.
- 5. When installation, don't put any oil or gas can in nearby to avoid any accident. Mustn't put any easy flammable or explode products inside of the machine. Mustn't use the equipments or products creating spark nearby.
- 6. After working, must take the paint can out of the machine, if long time don't use the machine, must power off.
- 7. Put the "No-fire" logo in about 5 meters near the machine.
- 8. During the barrel shaking process, surrounding personnel must be 1.5 meters away from the equipment.
Notice: The machine is made by non-burn material, mustn't use this machine in the easy flammable or explode condition.
- Avoid running this machine without paint can.
- Max weight cannot over 30kg.
- Should not stop power when paint can clamped inside of the machine.
- Damagers or tamping products don't put inside of the machine.
- During the shaking, the broken paint can will damage the machine.
- Damagers products will hurt the machine.
- Maintenance must do according this the safety regulation and process.
1. Open power: Connect power should turn the switch to the place of "ON", the top clamping board return back to original place, if the emergency key is pressed down, the screen will show Error signal. After the error was solved, press "RESET" button to let it reposition.
2. Must take off the 2 horizontal parts inside of the machine before running this machine (see picture A&B). Move up the top clamping board will see the 2 bars, take them off.
3. Paint can putting process: Open the door lock clockwise and open the door, put the paint can inside the machine in the center of the nether clamping board, then close the door.
4. Careful item:
A. Press "-", "+" button to reduce or increase the setting time, the time show on the screen, mini adjust time is 1 minute. Press "start" button to start the machine, the top clamping board will move down until the paint can is pressed by 2 times (if there is no paint can inside, the clamping board will move up to its original place), system will wait 4 seconds and then begin the shaking, the timer count down until the due time, machine stop, system will wait 4 seconds and the clamping board will rise up to its original place, buzzer will sound and the mixing is finish, can take out the paint can.
B. When the paint can is higher than the clamping gap, the door is close, press "Manual open key" to manual open the clamping board to adjust the clamping gap.
C. In normal condition, press "STOP" button to stop the mixing. Don't press the emergency key if not in urgent condition.
D. During the mixing, if press down the Emergency key, for new mixing has to press "reset" button to let the top clamping board rise up to its original place.
E. During the mixing, suddenly power stop, the paint can should not take out immediately, wait until there is power again, the clamping board will move up to its original place, take out the paint can.
F. After the mixing, don't keep the paint can inside the machine for long time.
