Pre WW 2 era US Navy signal flag made at Mare Island in 1935. Letter E - Echo

Condition - mild soiling throughout, brass hardware has some corrosion, cleaning has not been attempted, please see pics for details.

This piece was stored in an auto shop and definitely has an aroma of motor oil.
