This listing is for a new women's Hawaiian costume.  The skirt is a wrap around with velcro closure.  The top is a tube top with elastic back - will stretch to about 40".  There is a long sash that may be worn as a belt or a head dress.  Also included is grass skirt with flowers.  Not sure where this goes
