Un bellissimo e autentico jinbaori (gilet da samurai) di alta qualità, caratterizzato da un tessuto broccato dorato con motivo a onde e disegno di drago su sfondo rosso sul petto.

The jinbaori, a traditional samurai jacket, was worn over armour to display one’s status on the battlefield or during military councils. It also served as a garment to protect against the cold. By the Edo period, it had evolved into formal attire for samurai, often worn directly over a kimono. Inspired by 16th-century jinbaori, Samurai World has created an original design that can be worn by both men and women. Still popular in Japan today as film costumes and samurai attire, this piece is crafted from the finest brocade, ‘Kinran Kiji’, and finished to the highest standard through meticulous hand-stitching by skilled artisans.
It is a one-of-a-kind, handmade piece that offers a substantial, luxurious feel.
It can be worn as a statement piece, treasured as a historical keepsake, or displayed as a decorative item.
