This is the Japanese domestic 100 V version. For 120 V (North America) or 220–240 V (EU/UK/AU) use, a step-down transformer rated ≥ 150 W is required. Direct connection to 120 V or higher will damage the heater. The plug is a Japanese 2-pin grounded type; a physical plug adapter may be needed for non-Japanese outlets. Please confirm compatibility with your local power setup before purchase.

The filter pipe now uses the same structure as the FR-410 — accumulated solder flakes out instead of caking. The improved heater core reduces clogging, and the included nozzle wrench makes swaps a two-minute job.
