50A Soldering Machine Usage:
1. Before using the welding machine, check whether the power supply meets the operating voltage. Connect the screws of the corresponding polarity to the output wiring of the welding machine (the nut should be tightened when the output wire is connected to the output pole).
2. When working, use the clamp on the output black line to clamp the workpiece, close to the tungsten needle. The distance depends on the size and shape of the workpiece. Generally, the distance between the tungsten needle and the workpiece is between 0.5-1 mm. After setting the welding position, click When the foot switch is activated, a high-temperature arc is generated between the workpiece and the tungsten needle to instantly weld the workpiece.
3. The discharge end of the tungsten needle must be keep sharping before and during use to keep it in a good discharge state. In welding, the output pulse current can be changed according to the size of the workpiece, the size of the solder joint, and the process requirements to achieve the desired effect. When the potentiometer is turned clockwise (coarse adjustment, fine adjustment), the output pulse current increases, otherwise the output pulse current decreases.
Installment and debugging:
1. The electrode is connected to the negative output and the electrode holder is connected to the positive output.
2. The tungsten needle can be ground on a grinder and can be operated according to the principle of tip discharge.
3. The diameter of the tungsten needle is 1.5mm.
Precautions:
1. Do not step on the foot switch for a long time. If you step on it, the machine will short-circuit and the internal circuit will be burned.
2. The flash is harmful to eyes, so protective measures should be taken when using it.
3. When stepping on the foot switch, do not touches the tungsten needle and the metal part of the tweezers at the same time, otherwise there will be a needle feel.
4. Non-professionals do not take the disassembly method, there is high voltage.
5.Should the welding machine be placed in a damp environment or remain unused for extended periods, moisture ingress may occur. Should such signs be detected during operation, the unit must be thoroughly dried before use. Ensure the machine is properly earthed at all times. Exercise due care when operating the equipment.
