Kanto Jihou City—

Once known as Kakegami City, this major urban center in the Kanto region was, several years ago, suddenly connected overnight to an Abyss overflowing with chaotic magical power.

Since then, it has become a demonic city where supernatural phenomena run rampant.

With the emergence of mysterious, seemingly immortal “Witches,”

the government sealed off the entire metropolitan area and erased it from official maps, designating it as an abandoned zone.

Years later, the city became a refuge for those who could no longer survive in normal society—

criminals, illegal immigrants, and debt-ridden outcasts.

Soon after, yakuza, black-market traders, and others who prey on them followed.

Now, an unofficial population of around 150,000 inhabits this lawless city beyond government control, known as Jihou City.

Into this dangerous and corrupt place, where no law holds power,

a lone man appears.

And here, in this city of evil,

the harsh fate of one man and the “Witches” begins to unfold.
