SIZING:

  • As our products are made-to-order (print on demand), we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.
  • Returns are only accepted for defects or printing errors caused by us (such as damage or poor print quality).

SHIPPING:
Gildan/Comfort Color Product:
  • We will ship to the shown Address on your PAYPAL Payment, please confirm your shipping address in the PayPal Account before buying.    
  • This is a print on demand product, the standard shipping time is about 4- 7 business day, however, it usually takes 2-3 business days for handling.
  • It takes about 5 - 7 business days for delivery for USA order, 10 - 15 business days for delivery for Canada/UK/EU order, and 10 business days or more for worldwide shipment.
  • We use a selection of shipping services such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL etc.
  • Local pickups options are not provided at this time.
  • It may take longer for the package to be delivered in Holiday seasons. Deadline for Christmas and New Year Holiday orders is 15th of Dec.
All Over Print Product:
  • This is a print on demand product, the standard shipping time is about 10-12 business day, however, it usually takes 5-7 business days for handling.
  • It takes about 15 - 17 business days for delivery for USA order, 15 - 17 business days for delivery for Canada/UK/EU order, and 20 business days or more for worldwide shipment.

* Exchange or refund items are unacceptable since we create each shirt to your specifications unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:
   
  • Design errors/wrong order: Completely wrong design compared to information provided by customers on Ebay.   
  • Bad quality: blurry image/print.
  • Significantly different from the description.
  • Defective/Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
  • Order was sent to the wrong address.
