Cosmetically the lens looks in very good condition, as shown on the pictures. 

The front element has many fine scratches, likely from improper cleaning, but they do not affect image quality.

Few minor scratches on the rear element, no fungus, no haze, no balsam separation, some dust inside,

Aperture ring and focus move smoothly.
