In good/very good vintage condition. Has expected signs of wear(see photos). Could have some misc. marks here and there(see photos). Binding seems fine. Suede cover, also has some misc. small marks/damage(see photos). Cardboard on back of cover has splits(see photos). Also inscribed on front page. 114 pages.
