I put these as used because I'm not 100% there brand new. I bought them as new open package. They appear to me that they are brand new and have never been installed. This is an item that i am not familiar with. Around the outside edge there is a very fine stitching/ yellow line. There are areas where this "stutching" is not present.

I don't know if this is normal or not. I figure anyone looking at this post will know if that matters. Please see all pics as they are part of the description. Feel free to message me with any specific questions.
