This is a $359 + tax + shipping value being offered for over $50 in discount/savings. You are responsible for paying for the membership beyond the initial 12 months. The tracker does not work without a membership.

I will be sending the Whoop to you through the "gift" function that Whoop has, giving you full flexibility to activate when you desire.
This also means that there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Any potential warranty or device issues can be solved through Whoop's customer service.
