The RNase-Free Water is intended for molecular biology applications. This product is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease.

RNase-Free Water is pure, quality-tested water suitable for use in all experiments that require RNase-free water, including PCR, RT-PCR, and real-time PCR, and is included in most QIAGEN PCR and RT-PCR Kits

RNase-Free Water is prepared with a proprietary process, which yields RNase-free, deionized water without the use of chemical additives, such as diethylpyrocarbonate (DEPC). 

RNase-Free Water is provided in RNase-free containers.

In accordance with QIAGEN’s ISO-certified Quality Management System, each lot of RNase-free water is tested against predetermined specifications to ensure consistent product quality. 

Absence of RNase activity is tested by incubation of total RNA for 3 hours at 37°C.
