   Old, vintage, antique and is clearly seen as such in the pictures, as this is a dirty, ingrained dirt from age on the rear, unlike so so many that describe theirs as vintage, but are clearly not as they are still a very clean brass on the rear as in pictures and totally brand new brass looking in the freshly drilled holes for the screws..  as in picture 10 …Don’t be duped! 

There is.... More than enough room for a terminal Block,but the flex and blocks just get pushed back into the ceiling space as shown in very last picture and is common practice.
