We're a small business that gets recycled technology from drop-offs and recycling events. We test our items to ensure they pass quality inspections; however, we can't control the conditions the item was in with the original owner.
Shipping
All products ship same-day if ordered on or before 3 p.m. EST; otherwise, they will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday will ship the following Monday. We offer international shipping through eBay's Global Shipping Program, but we cannot select the countries available. If your country isn't listed as a "ship to" option, we unfortunately cannot ship there.

We are more than happy to accommodate damaged shipments or tested items that fail to work and offer a return. Items marked "For parts or not working" are final sale and returns are not accepted. Items are sourced from recycling events, customer drop-offs, and working environments. Item functionality will match the listed condition. Items may be shown powered on for testing using our shop power cord. Power cord is not included unless stated otherwise. You will receive exactly what is shown in the photos. I got some audio equipment from a company that processes electronics and manages secure asset disposition for companies and some high-end homes in the area. The only damage on these units is from transporting, they were clearly well maintained and everything was carefully removed. We have fully tested the unit and it works, however we do notice the "Video" light on the screen is flashing rapidly when no HDMI attached.
