The successful high bidder will submit a downpayment of $1500 deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

In-state buyers (New York) will be responsible for New York State Inspection and sales tax at the time of purchase. Thirty day temporary tags available at extra cost for out of state buyers.
