Contents: Drum only There are scratches and dirt and the overall condition shows signs of use. There is rust on the washers. There is tarnishing and pitting (small spots of plating lifting) on the shell, lugs, and hoops. Tension bolt locks are installed in 8 places. The butter-side head has been replaced with a new head (ASPR ST-250C14). This is the "TAMA MT423 STEEL PICCOLO 14x3.5" that was sold in the 1990s.
