We are a leading ecommerce business selling PC cooling components in the USA. We receive returns on a daily basis and unfortunately many of them can no longer be sold as new. We also don't have the ability to QC and refurbish them in-house. This means a lot of good product ends up being disposed of until now... We have decided to resell these returns in the form of Mystery Boxes!

MYSTERY BOXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The condition of the items inside will vary from open box to possibly, used, defective, and/or missing parts. When processing returns, if an item appears to have been heavily used or damaged, we make an attempt to sort those out and dispose of them. In other words, we make a good faith attempt to not include items like this in a Mystery Box, but we do not guarantee items like this won’t be included. Mystery Boxes are shipped in a 24x12x12” box with a weight of around 25-30 pounds. Items inside may include water blocks, pumps, reservoirs, fittings, radiators, fans, AIOs, and more from brands like EKWB, Alphacool, Corsair, Bitspower, Thermal Grizzly, Watercool, and beyond.
