• If a package is returned, abandoned, or incurs any losses due to the buyer's refusal to pay required duties/taxes, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding losses (including original and return shipping costs) from the order refund.

All orders are shipped from China, unless the listing specifically shows a "Ships From" location within the United States. Some items are stored in our US warehouse for faster delivery.

3. Delivery Time (Please Read):

• Please ignore eBay's estimated delivery dates, as they are often inaccurate for international shipping.

• Standard Delivery:​ Most orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks​ after dispatch.

• For Batteries:​ Shipping takes longer due to special regulations. Please allow approximately 3 weeks​ for delivery.

4. Packaging:

We take great care in packaging. Every item is securely packed with appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.

1. Warranty (Repair Service)

We offer a 1-year limited warranty​ against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

• Coverage:​ The warranty covers malfunctions under normal use that are not caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

• Service:​ If your item fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us. We will provide a free repair service. You will need to send the item to our designated address in China at your own shipping cost.

• Void Conditions:​ The warranty will be void immediately​ if the product is found to have been tampered with, opened, or repaired by anyone not authorized by us. Please do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product yourself.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds in accordance with eBay's policies.

• Eligibility:​ You may initiate a return request through eBay within the eligible timeframe if the item is not as described or if you have other qualifying reasons under eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

• Condition for Return:​ To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included and intact.

• Restocking Fee:​ If the item is returned after the original packaging has been opened, or if it shows signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee​ (typically 15-50% of the item price) from your refund to cover the loss in value.
