Why can't I connect to the network?

The device only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, not 5GHz.

For dual-band routers, connect your phone to the 2.4GHz network (usually not named "-5G").

If there’s only one network, enable 2.4GHz separately in your router settings
How to connect my smart plug?

1. Download the BN-LINK Smart App and register an account.

2. Power on the plug and ensure that the blue indicator is flashing.

3. Tap “Add Device”, and the App will automatically detect the plug.
