Project / Conversion The vehicle was originally going to be converted into a camper/day van. The rear of the vehicle has been completely stripped out and gutted in preparation for the conversion, as shown in the photos.

Unfortunately the project was never completed as we have since purchased a caravan, so the vehicle is now being sold for someone else to finish the camper conversion or refit the interior for whatever you may require.

All removed interior parts are shown in the photos (please assume only what is pictured is included).

Due to the large interior space, this would make a good base for a camper/day van builder's van, etc project.

Condition

The vehicle has various minor scratches and small dents, as would be expected for a vehicle of this age and mileage.

It has previously been used as a private hire vehicle in London, and later briefly as a Hackney carriage/taxi on the Isle of Wight, although it was only used as a taxi here for a few months.

Mechanical

The engine starts first time and runs, and the vehicle currently has MOT until 24th September 2026.

However, the vehicle is prone to producing white smoke, mainly when under load. The oil level also appears to rise slightly, which may indicate either fuel or coolant entering the oil. This issue has not been fully investigated further, although there are no obvious usual signs of a head gasket issue..

For this reason the vehicle is being sold as spares or repair.

Price

The vehicle is advertised for £1,750.
I will consider sensible offers around £1,500, but please no unrealistic offers.
