PAYMENTS:

Buyer has four calendar days to pay for an item after they’ve committed to buy. We will cancel the unpaid order as ebay allows.  
We only accept payments from U.S. verified accounts with confirmed addresses. NO EXCEPTIONS 

 P.O. BOXES:
FedEx and our trucking companies WILL NOT deliver to PO Boxes. If your confirmed address is a PO Box, you will need to contact us for a shipping quote VIA USPS delivery BEFORE bidding. 

SHIPPING:
We Only ship to United States and PR via FedEx or USPS
We ship Monday to Friday excluding all US major holidays. We ship FedEx and USPS at our discretion. Signature is required per eBay guidelines and our discretion.
If shipping is not specified you must contact us for a shipping quote before bidding. 

Local Pickup:
We welcome scheduled pickups at our location.  Cash ONLY for the total. PA sales tax is included in the total. You can send payment through eBay ONLY if you have the eBay app and we can scan the QR code at the time of pickup. If purchasing multiple items for local pickup each item must be paid separately for QR to scan. No exceptions.

We do NOT ship on buyer’s accounts.

FEEDBACK:
We use an automated feedback response system.  Feedback will only be left upon receiving feedback from the buyer.  Before leaving negative feedback please contact us so we can rectify the situation.

HOURS OF OPERATION: 
Mon-Fri 9 AM EST till 3:30 PM EST, Closed Saturday and Sunday. Closed on all holidays.
Emails will only be answered during operation hours.  

Returns: 
All items must be returned for refund or replacement. Return labels are provided from your US shipping address. If you have chosen to export the item it must still be returned for replacement for refund.

We adhere to eBay guidelines on money back guarantees. All claims must be made within the 30-day limit.
