Up for your consideration is a vintage Native American Style doll figure. He measures 15" tall.

First I have to say I know nothing about this figure, and also really nothing about the construction of early dolls. The only doll that was like this one was on a group for Skookum dolls. The poster couldn't identify it and others said it wasn't a Skookum but they have never seen anything like this doll.

The body is very firm but not made of a hard plastic. There are no markings or labels.

Please Note: this doll has issues. The most important is his face. The face is a very thin plastic and almost reminds me of the old vintage Halloween masks, where you can push a portion of it in. You can see the left side of her face is pushed in. There is also paint wear to his face. The head is attached but a bit wobbly.

The hair is messy and in the front you can see a piece of the plastic underneath. You can see glue and his feather is missing. The fabric on his left hand is missing.

There is spotting on the clothing and legs. The bottom metal pieces are rusted.
