The Bose Multi-CD Changer was an optional accessory that required a software update.


Every control board supplied through this exchange program has already been updated and verified to properly communicate with the Bose 3-Disc Changer.

Your returned board must be:

✔ Ribbon connector accidentally pulled off near CD drive area (common issue)


Cores that may be declined:

✘ Burned or physically broken boards

✘ Severe corrosion, flood damage, or contamination
