Operation steps:
1. First connect the meter to be calibrated to the output port of the meter to be calibrated, and the standard meter to the output port of the standard meter, open the stop valve and the oil cup pressure relief valve, and turn the fine-tuning of adding and decompressing counterclockwise to the bottom, and press it by hand The pump creates pressure 10 times to discharge the air in the calibration instrument system.
2. Close the pressure relief valve, pressurize to about 5-20MPa with a hand pump, then close the stop valve, and pressurize to the detection pressure point through fine-tuning by adding and decompressing.
3. When the meter is being calibrated and re-inspected, it is rotated counterclockwise through fine-tuning by adding and decompressing, and the depressurization is checked point by point.
4. At the end of the calibration, open the pressure relief valve first, and then open the stop valve.
