Features:

The machine comprises 1.trolley frame; 2.milk barrel; 3.complete milking set; 4.vacuum gauge; 5.piston pump; and 6.reducer and gearing.
Milk barrel is composed of a barrel body and a barrel cover.The milk barrel can contain fresh milk of 25 kilograms. There is a non-return three-way valve welded in the middle of the barrel cover.
After operating the milking machine, keep the machine idling for 3-5 minutes. There is no blockage and abnormal noise among all the moving parts. Then the milking cup set is converted, namely, all the connecting inlets of the milking cup set are upward and the teat inlets are upward. One minute later, the indicator of the vacuum gauge should reach 0.04-0.045MPa. Adjust the inlet valve on the milking cup set when the vacuum is too high or too low. Milking can start until the cooperation of long and short space between the steel ball and pressure reed reaches 0.04-0.045MPa.

Attention:

1. Add lubricating oil to the inner edge once about every ten days.

2. Be sure to pressurize it to be greater than 0.04MPA!

3. The hanging direction of the milking cup group should be correct, refer to the picture.

4. Pay attention to safety when using, do not put hands into the machine during operation.

Operation Method

1. Install the pressure gauge, pipes and the milking cup set. (Be sure to pay attention to the placement direction of the milking cup set. The pressure cannot rise if the milking cup set is inverted.)
2. Connect the power supply, turn on the switch, and start to milk cattle until the pressure reaches 0.04MPA.
