Vintage Antique Hand Powered Drill.  Eggbeater style. "Stanley Handyman", Made in USA. 10.5" x 4" x 3"..  Solid construction.  You could still drill a lot of holes with this tool.  There is a string tied through the handle so the drill could be hung on the peg board in the shop.
