Meyer E60 SNOW PLOW PUMP REBUILT.. Photos are for reference of my work. 

I have been rebuilding Meyer power units for years. Units are torn down to nothing and go through several stages of cleaning to remove contaminants. Parts including assembly studs/hardware are all wire wheeled to remove any rust or corrosion. Anti-seize is applied to proper parts to assist in any future disassembly. Units are assembled with a new seal kit and run extensively on a test stand to check for function. Cylinders are honed. Valves/motors are cleaned/inspected/serviced/replaced as needed. Pressures are set to factory spec and amp draw is checked to be within spec. They are left under pressure for hours if not overnight to confirm no leak down or fluid leaks. Finally, the oil is drained, and the filters are recleaned before going to paint. Units are shipped empty per shipping requirements.
