This camera has been tested and functions great. It does not come with a charger but the battery has been charged and after being off charge over 24 hours it still turns out with same amount of battery. The camera does function great but it has a lot of cosmetic issues. It has scratches on it and the screen has a few scratches as well but all will be displayed in pictures
