Scene Description: This photo is part of a collection that had to do with the Bell Model 65 "Air Test Vehicle" (ATV) was an experimental tilt-jet "Vertical Take Off Landing" VTOL aircraft. First flight was in 1954 and project was canceled in 1955. It was able to make a partial conversion at altitude but it lack sufficient engine thrust to complete the transition to normal flight. Photographic paper is of the type you expect to see on a 1950s photo.
