All items have serial numbers and model numbers documented and we will not tolerate scams.

We do not negotiate on items but we do offer sales from time to time.

We do not do partial refunds. If something is wrong with your item you can REACH OUT TO US.

Please allow extra time for shipping if your item contains batteries or lithium as the post office has shipping regulations for batteries and they now must be shipped as hazmat. Hazmat shipments can take up to 15 days longer in transit especially during the holiday season.
