This classic handheld embossing label maker was made in the USA by Avery Products Corp. It uses a rotating character wheel to create raised lettering on adhesive label tape. These were commonly used for office filing systems, tool labeling, and home organization.

The label maker appears complete and includes the installed character wheel and tape spool. The trigger operates as intended and the wheel rotates through the alphabet and numbers.
