This copy was sent after the event to an interested party, Louis J. Shank here in San 

Francisco, CA after contacted the office manager F.H. Sinclair (signed) and he sent this 

copy to him. It shows no wear or damage and includes a letter and a copy of the Official 

Program.  On back of the program is a map naming the tribes across the USA. The 

envelope it was mailed in is NOT present. Included also is included an Offial Program 

for the event.
