Packaging Philosophy: We strive to package and ship items to the customer with excellence in mind. Our boxes are rated 200# (burst strength of 200 PSI) with 1-2 inches of cushioning on all sides of the item. While we can't guarantee that accidents won't happen during the shipping process, we stand behind our desire for the item to arrive in the same condition as it was sent.
General Disclaimers: 1) For those with sensitivities - product has been lightly dusted (Lemon Pledge or Endust). Smell dissipates quickly. 2) For pigment-based items (crayons, markers, paint, Play-Doh, etc.) - we DO NOT GUARANTEE quality, as the item could have been stored for some time on a storage shelf. 3) For battery powered items - we DO NOT GUARANTEE the battery compartment quality since the box would have to be opened. Therefore, we provide new batteries (ideally Energizer due to no corrosion or leaking) in cases where the original batteries appear bad.
