Up for bids is an old German Penny toy trolley #25.  Has a large set of flywheel type wheels for pushing or pulling.   Small toy please see pics for measurements.  Being sold as is where is with the cantenary is missing on the top of the trolley but the holes are there and should be an easy fix with a piece of tin.
