Hi there! I'm selling a rare Vintage Fjällräven Gore-Tex Field Jacket. This is a classic piece of Swedish outdoor gear, perfect for bushcraft, hunting, trekking, or vintage style enthusiasts. It features the premium leather Arctic Fox logo on the sleeve, which is a detail often reserved for their higher-end heritage lines.

The jacket is designed as a rugged outer layer with a GORE-TEX membrane (vintage era). It features four large front pockets for all your gear, a drawcord waist and hem to adjust the fit, and a hood that can be rolled up and stowed inside the collar.

Condition Report: The jacket is in fair used vintage condition with a cool worn-in look. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: There is damage/fraying to the fabric tape at the very bottom of the main zipper (the insertion pin area), as shown clearly in the close-up photos. This makes engaging the zipper difficult and fiddly. The buyer might want to have the zipper replaced by a tailor in the future, although the snap buttons still work perfectly for closing the jacket.

Measurements (taken from the actual item):

Size Note: The tag states L (Large). However, vintage field jackets are often cut with a generous, roomy fit to allow for thick wool sweaters underneath. With a pit-to-pit of 25.7", it could easily fit a modern XL depending on how you like the fit. Please check the measurements carefully.

Care Instructions: Machine wash warm (40°C) on a gentle cycle. Use a small amount of liquid detergent. Do not use powder detergents or fabric softeners, as they can clog the Gore-Tex membrane. Tumble dry on warm heat to reactivate the water-repellent coating.
